Zinc look Ahead to Oxford Business Park

6 December 2010

Specialist pharmaceutical company Zinc Ahead, is relocating its business to Goodman’s Oxford Business Park.

The company, the only dedicated provider of electronic copy approval solutions to the pharmaceutical industry worldwide, has agreed with global property group Goodman to take sole occupancy of Building 4240, Nash Court, relocating from its current premises in Summertown in Oxford.

In addition to supplying the 5,818 sq ft of new workspace, Goodman is providing Zinc Ahead with a full design and fit out service, to ensure a bespoke delivery of their office requirements.

James Brown, Managing Director at Zinc Ahead, said:  “Having operated from Oxfordshire for a number of years, we are delighted to be moving to new, larger premises at Oxford Business Park as we continue to expand our business worldwide. The location is excellent, both for our UK and international clients, being close to major motorways as well as Heathrow and Birmingham airports. The new office looks fantastic and demonstrates Zinc’s dedication to our staff and our pharmaceutical/healthcare customers.”

James Raven, development director at Goodman, said: “This deal is a great example of Goodman’s proven own, develop and manage customer service offering.  Our commitment to customer service means delivering a complete business space solution that extends well beyond simply letting the office space. We are able to provide a bespoke, comprehensive relocation package which includes design, fit out, and after care operation.”

The letting closely follows the announcement that leading financial advisors Grant Thornton have secured 13,000 sq ft at Oxford Business Park.

James added: “We continue to see a healthy appetite for office space at Oxford Business Park, with a strong pipeline of enquiries from potential occupiers.  We are confident of securing further lettings in the near future as the park strengthens its position as Oxford’s premier business location.”

Oxford Business Park provides a workplace for over 40 companies employing over 4,500 people. The park comprises 88 acres, offering high quality office space and on-site amenities including hotel, restaurant, day nursery, and health and fitness centre.
