Property group Goodman, which owns, develops and manages Oxford Business Park, celebrated the start of the festive season by holding a decorative Christmas wreath making workshop for occupiers.
The property company invited the Parks landscapers’ Integritas Landscapes to hold a demonstration in traditional handmade wreath making using natural foliage and techniques with senior gardener, Dave Taylor.
Over 45 green fingered customers attended the successful event from companies including Oxfam, Henmans, Manches, Glenmark, Regus, Harley Davidson, Marks and Clark, Oxfordshire PCT. which are all based at the Park, to make gifts for friends and families and to adorn their own front doors.
Richard Potter, Property Services Director at Goodman said: “At Goodman we pride ourselves on creating the right environment for our customers and what better way to start the Festive season with this fantastic event. Not only did our customers learn a new skill they can use every year, but it also provided a relaxing social event and some Christmas cheer in the busy run-up to Christmas.”
Sarah Springthorpe from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, based at Oxford Business Park, said: “This has been a great opportunity for us to get into the festive mood and also a great chance to escape the office and socialise with some of our neighbours. It has been a really therapeutic and enjoyable afternoon."
