Cool new building at Oxford Business Park lets occupiers chill out

Global property group Goodman has launched a cool new building at Oxford Business Park.  The 10 sq ft ‘Igloo’ comes equipped with entrance hall, port holes, carpets, furniture, ice pictures and even features its own candle lighting system. Constructed by employees of We7, an online music download website, based at Oxford Business Park, this pristine white space is available with rents freeze on a very short term lease ….probably until the end of the week.  Goodman expects its agents to be snowed under.
